3 Day Return Policy
We strive to carry quality brands and deliver furniture in new condition. Please be careful when ordering your furniture, and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space where you plan to place the furniture, to ensure that product dimensions allow for adequate space.
The product manufacturer usually handles part replacements, etc., and their customer service contact information will be included with your product. If you need additional service assistance we will be glad to help you.
Returns must be requested by email (or faxed to 520-623-0720) within three business days of receipt. Please do not call to report damage since a written record is required.
Return requests will be reviewed and an authorization (RMA) will be issued for the return of the product. Upon issuance of the RMA, Furniture Creations will provide the customer with instructions for the product return. DO NOT ship the item before you have received an RMA number.
All returns must be in their original packaging. Please be sure to repackage all items (including documentation) safely and securely. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt at Furniture Creations, and charges will be assessed for any damages or missing items. We cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise.
Upon receipt of returned products and completion of return processing, Furniture Creations will refund your original purchase price, less the following: all original and return shipping costs, a 15% restocking fee, and any applicable charges for missing or damaged items.
Please note that for Free Shipping items the shipping charges are included in the price but the customer will still be charged for all shipping costs incurred by Furniture Creations.
Documentation:
All damages and other issues must be documented by email or by fax (520-623-0720). It also allows us time to respond to you once we have evaluated the situation and have had a chance to find out more information from the specific carrier that handled the shipment.
In addition, photo proof is required for any concealed damages that were not specified to the shipper upon receipt of the item. In the event concealed damage is discovered, please contact us in like manner and we may be able to just replace the part(s) for you or provide a partial refund.
